First you can settle in your hotel or farmhouse and have a little rest. There is a reception before dinner and a presentation of the itinerary by a local travel agency.

Day 2: The tranquil mountain valley of Jezersko

Breathtaking views from your very rooms.
Your holiday begins with a round tour through the two Alpine valleys of Ravenska and Makekova Kočna that will constantly treat you to their panoramic views of the rock faces of the Kamnik–Savinja Alps. You can end your tour by a romantic lake where you can enjoy a cold drink. It is possible to extend the tour to the legendary Czech Mountain Lodge.

Day 3: The Logar Valley landscape park

An awe-inspiring valley.
Many consider the Logar Valley to be one of the most beautiful Alpine valleys in Europe. The walking trail through the valley will take you through the most interesting points of the landscape park with only a slight climb at the end to reach the majestic Rinka waterfall. During your walk you will get to know the heritage and tradition of the friendly locals in this remote mountain location. It is possible to extend the tour to a mountain lodge located in the picturesque valley above the waterfall.

Day 4: Panoramic views from Mt. Strelovec

The mountains, forests and panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ranges.Unforgettable!
The tour will take you through the typical mountains to the grassy viewing summit of Strelovec. This is an excellent location to enjoy a picnic and have a rest. After taking in the view, you will take an enjoyable descent through the forest back down to your accommodation in the valley.

Day 5: Luče and the River Savinja

A restful day by the River Savinja.
A day intended for rest and discovering the area by the River Savinja. A short but attractive journey separates you from Luče, where you will find your accommodation. The journey begins at the natural attraction of Igla, which means needle in Slovenian and is a tall, imposing solitary rock, separated from the surrounding mountain by only a narrow crack.

Day 6: Velika planina

A magical shepherd village.
Velika planina, thanks to its exceptional views and well-preserved shepherding heritage, is considered to be the most beautiful of the Slovenian mountain plateaus. It is most lively here in the summer when the shepherds bring in their flocks and, together with the wildflowers, typical architecture of the shepherds’ settlement and the stunning views, create a very special landscape. You will leave the plateau by cable car, continuing your trip by discovering the medieval town of Kamnik.

Day 7: Preddvor

A lake, castle and your farewell from the mountain kingdom.
The day begins with a walk up to the Church of St. Jacob above the valley of the River Kokra. This church was used as fortress during the times of the Turkish invasions, but today it is a popular spot for hikers due to its fantastic views. Then comes a descent to lake Črnava, a perfect place to refresh yourself in the summer months
